"Dad we need something to float on the lake with!..." My dad has an amazing talent for wood crafting and as with many crafters he also has a mania to go along with that talent! As we live near a small lake, which my boys have a mania for swimming and boating in, he recently took it in mind to build a canoe. I love it!

Summer brights
All instore now. I love these table and chair settings - I have one in the garden and one on the front porch, they are sturdy to sit on but light enough to move around. A steal at $112.00 for a set of two chairs and table!

I will bee in love with you...
I do love this time of the year in the garden, especially as it has been a wet summer everything seems to be bursting into bloom and fruit. I think I have a new love, as it rained at just the wrong time for the roses they have not been so good for me this year, but the dahlias!!! Oh how do I love thee...
Verbena bonarensis is another performer - making lovely purple clouds thru the garden. Most of our tubers this year came from RANKINS DIRECT or TESSELAAR BULBS.
